Folake Olowofoyeku Wore Veronica Beard On The Kelly Clarkson Show

Folake Olowofoyeku made a guest appearance on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ on Tuesday (January 12).

Many know the Nigerian actress for her starring role on the CBS sitcom ‘Bob Hearts Abishola’ (which is the first American sitcom to feature a Nigerian family), but she’s also an amazing guitar player.

Before joining Kelly’s band and completely nailing her guitar solo, she shared with the host that she fell in love with music after watching ‘The Sound of Music.’

We kinda associate Country music with fringes, so I love how Folake incorporated that into her look by wearing this Veronica Beard ‘Clarise Rhinestone Dickey’ jacket, which strikes the perfect balance between cool and classic, but it needed a touch more sparkle, so the singer-actress completed her look with the Veronica Beard ‘Lebone’ rhinestone trousers.

And judging by Kelly’s excited reaction to this suit, Folake and her stylist Toye Adedipe, totally nailed selecting this look for her show.

This is power suiting if I ever saw it, which totally suited her personality as she was captivating in her interview. 

I kept wanting to sssh Kelly so I could hear more of what Folake had to say.
