Meghan, Duchess of Sussex In Veronica Beard – Tonga Departure

Meghan, Markle In Veronica Beard - Tonga Departure

After looking very polished in her Martin Grant dress earlier in the day of her visit in Tonga, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex changed for the unveiling of The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy at Tupou College on Friday (October 26), before her departure.

Meghan was radiant in a Veronica Beard ‘Carey’ shirt dress, paired with Aquazzura ‘Amandine’ blue suede shoes and Pippa Small aquamarine cord necklace.

You’ll be glad that the slits on this dress don’t travel as high as her Reformation dress, and her hair was also kept back in a neat ponytail.

The shoes also provide a nice change of pace when it comes to the style and colour, as there was only so many times she could wear those black Aquazzura pumps she tends to favour.

‘Titans’ DC Series World Premiere

'Titans' DC Series World Premiere

Anna Diop and Minka Kelly attended the ‘Titans’ DC Series world premiere on Wednesday (October 3) in New York City.

Anna Diop: The actress wore a Veronica Beard dark-pink suit featuring a metallic sheen that lends a bold, contemporary identity to her look, which she paired with a crystal bandeau from Nikita Karisma and Stuart Weitzman’s Nudist. I’m not sure what I’m more mesmerized by. The sheen of her suit, or her glowing skin.

Minka Kelly: I was equally entranced by Minka’s Temperley London saffron-hued dress featuring an oversized animal-print design and feminine ruffles, that taps into the safari feel of the Pre-Fall 2018 collection with the utmost elegance. You may remember that Beyonce Knowles recently wore the shorter version of this dress on vacation.

Refinery29’s 29Rooms Chicago: Turn It Into Art Opening Party 2018

Refinery29 hosted a ’29Rooms: Turn it Into Art’ event on Wednesday (July 25) in Chicago, Illinois.

Taylor Schilling: The ‘OITNB’ actress opted for a high neck Veronica Beard ‘Nico’ dress styled with Chloe Gosselin ‘Olympe’ mules. I wish the dress was a little more flattering, and shoes were less fussy, as they have a little bit of everything going on here.

Kelly Rowland: The singer’s Alice + Olivia Saba embellished top and Dustin wide leg pants combo was a stunning display of summer time florals. I love chic nod to the pyjama trend that the trousers give, while they’ll lending a contemporary ease to her look.

Emily Ratajkowski: There was a feeling of deja vu when I saw Emily in this Miaou Fall 2018 look. While she is a huge fan of the contemporary brand, the familiarity had more to do with the style of what she wore i.e. boobs and midriff on taking centre stage.

Angela Bassett In Veronica Beard – The Late Late Show with James Corden

Angela Bassett made a guest appearance with her ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ star Tom Cruise on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’ this Tuesday (July 24).

Channeling her inner diva with the big – Tina Turner-esqe – hair – she continued her fine form of slick suits wearing Veronica Beard.

I love the shimmering fabrication, the sharp tailoring and I don’t mind the darker, Fall-like hue, as it looks so scrumptious against Angela’s skin.

Elizabeth Banks In Veronica Beard – Comic-Con 2018: ‘The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part’ Panel

Elizabeth Banks and her platinum blonde hair made a return to centre stage for the ‘The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part’ Panel during Comic-Con on Saturday (July 21) in San Diego, California.

The actress wore a Veronica Beard ruched shirt dress which shifts the silhouette to asymmetry thanks to the placement of the buttons.

I love the French influence that can be felt in the light blue and white stripes, but I don’t get a heritage vibe, as this look feels thoroughly modern along with her styling of silver plexi chunky heels.

Jamie Chung In Veronica Beard – ‘The Pop Shop By Vita Coco’

Jamie Chung hosted the experiential pop-up ‘The Pop Shop By Vita Coco’ with an intimate launch party in SoHo on Thursday (July 19) in New York City.

Expressive, dramatic and lust-worthy in red I love how the peaked lapels and padded shoulders on her Veronica Beard suit serve to sharpen the angles of the overall look.

We’ve seen recently that wide-leg trousers can result in a rather sloppy finish if they are too long, but Jamie managed to work look perfectly where the length was long enough to work that nonchalant vibe she was going for.

Amanda Seyfried In Veronica Beard & Lily James In Brock Collection – ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ Hamburg Photocall

Following the premiere in Stockholm, Amanda Seyfried and Lily James’ next stop on their promo tour for ‘Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again’ was Hamburg, Germany, where they attended a photocall earlier this afternoon.

Amanda Seyfried: Going for a relaxed look, Amanda wore a simple black cami with a electric pair of Veronica Beard culottes in a refreshing cornflower blue hue. I’m loving the understated chic vibe.

Lily James: Giving us our second Brock Collection red carpet look of the day, the British actress keeps up her run of wearing delightful florals for the press events, which was rooted with green suede pumps. I love the raw edges of this look which boosts its authentic charm.

International Center Of Photography’s 2018 Infinity Awards

A bevvy of beauties were in attendance at the International Center Of Photography’s 2018 Infinity Awards on Monday (April 9) in New York City.

Hailey Baldwin: The model normally favors fashion-forward, body-conscious styles, but showed a softer side in a Jason Wu Fall 2018 ensemble. The punchy dress still had a flirty finish with the cutout waist revealing a bit of stomach.

Ashley Graham: The beauty showed off her shape in a ruched Veronica Beard Biba dress. The va-va-voom silhouette hugged every curve. The ruffled detail added to the flirty finish while bringing some soft texture. Brian Atwood sandals completed her look.

The CFDA, WWD & Variety Celebrate Runway To Red Carpet Initiative

To celebrate the inaugural launch of the Runway to Red Carpet initiative, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), Variety and Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) hosted a star-studded luncheon on Tuesday (February 20) at the Chateau Marmont, which was sponsored by Karma Automotive.

A range of starlets were in attendance. However, if you had just looked at their ensembles, you’d never know they were at the same event—so diverse were their modes of dress.

Olivia Munn: I like the sunny outlook of this Veronica Beard Spring 2018 warm-weather-ready suit set, with the drawstring detailing adding an element of feminine allure. Obviously, the shorts didn’t stand up so well to the creases from sitting.

Lea Michele: Opting for a more romantically feminine offering, Lea wore a Zuhair Murad floral gown with a ruffled peplum. I can imagine this dress looked very pretty in the garden outside.

January Jones: I appreciate the directional, urban-forward mood the actress was setting with this Off-White Resort 2018 look—complete with that slick-back ponytail. However, I know the deconstructed, pinstripe skirt will have many saying it looks as if she wrapped a bolt of men’s shirting material around her waist.

Meghan Markle In Burberry, Wolford & Veronica Beard – Edinburgh Visit

Meghan Markle paid a visit to Edinburgh Castle along with Prince Harry on Tuesday (February 13) where she continued to demonstrate her knack for sophisticated separates.

In keeping with her penchant for dark, elegant silhouettes, she wore a Wolford turtleneck and Veronica Beard Resort 2018 trousers topped with a Burberry Spring 2018 coat.

It was a carefully considered ensemble as the coat is patterned with blackwatch tartan, which is traditionally the tartan of the infantry battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland.

A Strathberry ‘East West’ crossbody bag, Birks jewels and Jimmy Choo ‘Luther’ booties added a subtle fashion-forward appeal to the long and lean shapes.

Overall, the outfit strikes a balance of being graceful with a nod to current trends and British designers. If I must critique anything, it is the trousers could be a hair shorter.

Entertainment Weekly’s Screen Actors Guild Awards Celebration Red Carpet Roundup

The stars came out in full force for Entertainment Weekly’s Screen Actors Guild Awards Celebration on Saturday (January 20).

Crystal Reed: There’s a lot to love about Crystal’s Dion Lee Spring 2018 look, but the pleated skirt steal the show for me. I love the overlay that gives it a dual-color effect.

Tommy Dorfman: I’ve always been wholly on-board with Tommy’s obvious love of fashion and willingness to experiment, but I literally can’t even with this. I feel like the entire thing is just trying too hard, and is completely unflattering.

Sarah Hyland: This velvet and satin asymmetrical Self Portrait Fall 2017 gown is as fun and perky and Sarah herself. And us usual, Sarah’s hair and makeup team knocked it out of the park.

2018 Winter TCA Tour FOX All-Star Party

The 2018 Winter TCA Tour FOX All-Star Party on Thursday (January 4) in Pasadena, California had many delightful looks.

Jordana Brewster: The actress shone in a David Koma mini. The black base and armor-like embellishment had an edgy feel which I think she could have pushed further with the shoes. I’ll give her a pass because the sandals do suit the simple shape.

Jamie Chung: The ‘Once Upon a Time’ actress opted for a Veronica Beard Spring 2018 suit. The vertical stripes have a flattering elongating effect, but the belt negates it. I appreciate how the detail was tied in with the clutch, but I wish the belt had been removed entirely.

Olivia Macklin:
Shimmering in an Off-White dress adorned with blue paillettes, the ‘Young Pope’ actress made quite the statement. Black Jimmy Choo shoes and a Jeffrey Levinson clutch balanced the textured fabric. Sadly, the shorter hem in the back and lining are throwing me off slightly.
