Emily Ratajkowski Steps Out Following Her Pregnancy Announcement In Aya Muse
Emily Ratajkowski announced that she is pregnant with her first child yesterday, and with that came a short film dedicated to her unborn baby which was directed by Lena Dunham.
Via a special digital cover of Vogue, Emily penned a powerful essay on pregnancy and motherhood.
The most interesting part of the essay was her saying that she will be “forcing as few gender stereotypes on my child as possible,” and that her and her husband Bear-McClard “won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then.”
Emily made her first public appearance following the announcement in New York City on Monday (October 26).
What is immediately apparent from this picture is that Emily will not be trading her sultry style any time soon.
In fact, I will expect to see her stomach more than ever, especially as an excited first time mum.
On her jaunt she wore a Spring 2021 dress from LA-based sustainable brand, Aya Muse, featuring long sleeves plus a cut-out and leather strap for added sex appeal.
I really loved the styling which included a selection of gold cuffs, and simple black leather clutch and chilly red Stuart Weitzman croc embossed leather ‘Parton’ boots.
For the Vogue cover she went makeup free wearing a Jonathan Simkhai Blair lace-trimmed silk satin slip dress.
