Demi Lovato Was Instaglam In Balenciaga

Newly-single Demi Lovato released her new single, ‘Still Have Me,’ last week, and celebrated by posting a picture to her 93.2 million Instagram followers on Thursday night.

She captioned the post, “Call me Nurse Ratched ???.” 

To which Sarah Paulson replied, “Nurse Ratched looks good on yoooooou ?????,” as Sarah appears in the Netflix series, ‘Ratched’ as Nurse Mildred Ratched, whose asylum nurse uniform is a surgical green shade on the show.

So the caption makes sense once you take in her green Balenciaga Dynasty wool-twill blazer featuring the signature padded shoulders from the Spring 2020 collection.

I don’t think I would’ve bought into this look had it not been for Demi’s styling.

The cuffed sleeves, Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Bebe’ platform heels and her Chanel Boy bag all helped amp up the retro vibe the singer was going for which was enhanced by the fierce smoky eye and ’60s half-up pony.
