Meghan, Duchess of Sussex Wore Scanlan Theodore For Buckingham Palace Commonwealth Meeting

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex Wore Scanlan Theodore For Buckingham Palace Commonwealth Meeting

So there was one more secret squirrel meeting for Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, held at Buckingham Palace event last week before she and Prince Harry leave the UK as senior working royals.

During the meeting with young scholars from the Commonwealth, at Buckingham Palace, before making her way to Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day service, the Duchess stood alongside women in traditional Indian and African prints, while opting for a business-like navy blue dress with a tie-neck detail from Australian label Scanlan Theodore which is a label she has worn before.

Considering the official nature of this meeting, and the array of colour she gave us during the week, I don’t begrudge this navy look at all, even if it does feel very much like a flight attendant’s uniform.

The look was matched with Aquazzura Purist pumps and a  a co-ordinating navy clutch bag.
