Dolce & Gabbana @ The 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Dolce & Gabbana dressed several attendees for the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party held at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday (February 9) in Beverly Hills, California, which was the party of the night.

Sofia Vergara:  This Dolce & Gabbana moment will feel very déjà vu, mostly because of the strapless, mermaid silhouette, and crystal embellishments.

If you’ve been around for while,  you will remember that there was  – give or take – 5 years of award seasons, where Sofia would present this exact style with Lorraine Schwartz jewels at every awards show.

A red carpet wish list with anything other than this, was a waste of time.

Yalitza Aparicio:  I was so happy to see Yalitza back on the red carpet, as she had an amazing run back in 2019 for her film, ‘Roma.’

I don’t think there was anyone on this red carpet who could match the actress when it came to dazzling embellishments.

I love ultra feminine touch on this Dolce & Gabbana dress with the 3D floral embellishments.

The shoes don’t work for me, but I’m delighted to see her embracing a bold colour once again.

Reese Witherspoon:  The actress, who joined Rihanna at Beyonce’s Oscars party later in the evening, wore a chic jewel embellished Dolce & Gabbana dress that couldn’t have been a more classic Reese dress if it tried.

Rachel Brosnahan:  We weren’t too enamored by her Film Independent Spirit Awards look, but my first reaction was positive when I saw Rachel step out in this crystallized tiered gown with dramatic bow embellishments. 

Hopefully she stays on this track.
