Though Priyanka is known for billowing trains and tulle, she went for a simple sultry look in a figure hugging off the shoulder gown with a ruched torso from Cristina Ottaviano.

Hot pink seems to the actress’s color of the year as she wore it to ring in 2020 in Miami and again this night. Between the retro waves and the choker, I can’t decide if I am getting more Marilyn Monroe or Princess Diana vibes. What do you think?
