Naomi Ackie Wore Custom Christopher Kane To The ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ London Premiere

Naomi Ackie Wore Custom Christopher Kane To The ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ London Premiere

Naomi Ackie joined co-star Daisy Ridley on the red carpet for the ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’  European premiere held at Cineworld Leicester Square on Wednesday (December 18) in London.

Much like Daisy, this look had been custom made for the British actress by Scottish designer Christopher Kane.

The star-print pieces from Christopher Kane’s Spring 2020 collection were presented towards the latter stages of the show, with look 49 the only real red carpet ready premiere option.

So I love how the perfectly theme star-print, was incorporated into another look that featured a V bodice, which could be a nod to ‘The Empire Strikes Back.’

Red carpet looks fall into several categories.  This one is elegant and cool.

I love how slick and modern this is, without trying too hard.

The top part feels to severe and stiff to me.

LOVE this. Perfect for the occasion. The bodice is well-made and I like the dreamy fall of the skirt.

I adore everything about this look. Perfect nod to a theme without looking costumey. She looks sleek, sexy and sophisticated.

It’s nice enough. Perhaps if the star print was on the bodice too it would have been a bit of more of a stand out look.

Lovely skirt, the top doesn’t flatter her upper body though, makes her look boxy.
