Felicity always possesses an old world charm, which is what I am getting from this The Vampire’s Wife ‘The Lunar Eclipse’ velvet dress, especially considering the Edwardian puffed sleeves.
On the one hand I feel that the bow-appliqués are a bit random, but on the other, this dress may not have had much interest without them.
