Kate Beckinsale Wore Valentina Shah To The MIRROR Westfield Century City Grand Opening Event

Kate Beckinsale Wore Valentina Shah To The MIRROR Westfield Century City Grand Opening Event

Kate Beckinsale attended MIRROR’s home gym grand opening event held at Westfield Century City on Tuesday (November 19) in California.

It appears that the British actress was keep the show off her own gym-toned body as she celebrated the event.

Kate, who has a penchant for all things black-and-white, or black or white, wore a mustard coloured suit from the sustainable designer Valentina Shah, who’s known for her tailored blazers.

The slight pulling down her trousers to exposing her abs and hip-bone in this Spring 2020 look might seem a little strange, if you don’t follow her on Instagram.

Kate isn’t afraid so celebrate her body, and why not.  She works hard to maintain it.

Perhaps she should’ve just worn the trousers low-slung, but I’m much more intrigued by the styling of this look, which included orange Olgana Paris pumps and a L’AFSHAR ‘Dahlia’ tortoise shell acrylic tote.

Kate’s signature ponytail completed her look.

Pulling on those pants looks so stupid…it ruins the look.

I love Kate, but she’s always thirsty these days…

Strange to pull down the pants like that. Not a pleasant look.

The pulling the trousers down looks so try-hard and off-putting. I’m not a fan of the crop top but if she was going to wear one the pulling of the pants looks even more silly. I like the coat, the bag and the shoes.

I was so busy figuring out what happened to her forehead that I didn’t even notice her clothes.

She looks stupid pulling the pants down. Hate the color and don’t like the outfit much either. The bag is cute.

Why on earth would she pull the pants down like that? It looks so bizarre…the suit looks so cool in the lookbook, but she sucked all the fun out of it for me.

Why do designers still lend her clothes? If she tried any harder to look hip she would throw out her back.

LOL and she’s so not hip.

The bag is the only part of this look worth keeping. This just looks like a mess in an ugly color and why is Kate pulling down one side of the pants. That just screams thirsty.

I am into the design and leather, but not the color and side-slanting of the pants? The color and weird sheen of the leather makes this look like pleather, which is cheap. This is disappointing because the cut and structure of the shoulders and the cut on the pants show this isn’t cheap. This could have been well-executed, but it’s a bit sloppy with the fabric and color design front and on the styling front. I appreciate the orange pumps though.

I am all for new designers being worn on the red carpet, but the new designer’s work has to look luxe on and especially off the runway, like Peter Do, Robert Wun, Christopher John Rogers or Richard Quinn (he’s not that new anymore lol) etc. Halsey’s recent gown at the CMAs was a new designer but the design looked cheap and low-rent.
