Ciara Was Feeling Blue For Macy’s 2019 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular

I hope all my American readers had a great July 4.

It seems to be the one day of the year, excluding Christmas, where hardly any celebrity events take place.

Before celebrating Independence Day with their families and friends, Ciara and Derek Hough co-hosts of the ‘Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular’  in New York City.

Being a Brit, I have never officially celebrated Independence Day, but judging by this picture, the acceptable colours to wear are red, white and blue.

Ciara was clearly looking to tug on my heart strings when she opted to wear a sparkling blue jumpsuit from Greta Constantine’s Resort 2020 collection.

My immdately thought was that I prefered the loose, draped way it was worn by the model.

I can totally understand why Ciara needed/decided to modify the plunge for a show being televised across America.

No one wants a Janet Jackson mark II.
