Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge Aces Wimbledon Whites At The Tennis Championships

Today (July 2), Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to Wimbledon, for Day 2 of the Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
The Duchess, who is a keen tennis player herself, and always makes a point to attend at least one game during the tournament, shunned the royal box on this occasion to watch British hopeful Harriet Dart on Court 14.
We all know that Wimbledon has a strict all-white dress code, for the players, but Catherine seem to embrace the code too, wearing a 40s style gorgeous ‘Flippy-Wiggle’ dress from Suzannah, who is also a favourite with the grand Dame Helen Mirren.
Her dress wasn’t the only part of her look that was new.
The royal cinched her chic frock with a black Alexander McQueen belt and carried a raffia Alexander McQueen ‘Wicca’ mini clutch.
The rest of her accessories included a pair of gold fern Catherine Zoraida earrings, Ray-Ban sunglasses and black suede Gianvito Rossi pumps, which I ain’t mad at – surprisingly.
You may recognise the purple-and-green striped bow brooch pinned onto her lapel, as she wore it with her gorgeous yellow Dolce & Gabbana dress last year.
These are the official colours of Wimbledon.
It’s not a requirement, but the Duchess wears this as a patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club.
