Chanel’s long-standing ambassador Keira Knightley attended the London premiere of ‘The Aftermath’ on Monday (February 18).
The British actress dazzled in a midnight blue floor-length gown comprised of multiple tulle tiers and a beaded waist from the Fall 2004 Haute Couture collection proving the famous saying, “class never goes out of style,” to be true.
Her look was styled with Chanel Fine jewels including a diamond encrusted hair accessory.
It’s suddenly occurred to me that Keira may have been paying a silent tribute to Karl Lagerfeld’s archived work since November 2018, around the time the designer was reportedly taken ill.
For ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms‘ London premiere, Investitures ceremony, ‘Colette’ Paris premiere Keira has honoured the designers body of work by wearing vintage pieces.
I hope this beautiful tribute continues.
