Deepika Padukone In Jean-Louis Sabaji Couture – 2019 Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards

Deepika Padukone received ‘The Most Glamorous Female Star’ award at the Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards event in Mumbai on Tuesday (February 12).

Following her run during Cannes and her glamorous wedding, I think this award was thoroughly deserved.

On the night she was channeling an playful ’80s vibe wearing a puffy ball gown from Jean-Louis Sabaji’s Spring 2019 Couture collection.

High-low gowns aren’t to everyone’s liking, but this one won me over mostly due to the colour, the shape of the bodice, and the styling.

If I was the change one thing it would’ve been the pumps for sandals.

I’ve always believed that the open hemline works better with an open-toe shoe.
