Taraji P. Henson In Solace London – ‘What Men Want’ Atlanta Premiere

Taraji P. Henson played with proportions at the ‘What Men Want’ Atlanta premiere on Friday (January 18).

She doesn’t shy away from a bold look and this ensemble certainly makes a statement with the periwinkle trousers and shirt with dramatically flared sleeves.

The Solace London Resort 2019 top was previously worn by Kiki Layne in orange. I’m struggling because I like the way it’s presented in the lookbook and thought Kiki carried it off, but the ‘Empire’ actress’s version doesn’t have the same effect.

The sleeves are too long and too tapered in the arm, and the pose is not helping matters.

Dare I say that it’s giving me the impression of webbed feet.
