Claire Foy In Valentino Haute Couture -‘First Man’ Venice Film Festival Premiere & Opening Ceremony

Claire Foy was back on the red carpet for the opening ceremony and the ‘First Man’ screening during the 2018 Venice Film Festival today (August 29) Italy, following the photocall.

I adore the pink and red colour combination, so I was instantly draw to this Valentino Fall 2018 Haute Couture look like a moth to a flame.

But there I had just a little nag about the poncho-style felt overlay, that I’m still struggling to shake.

And that’s the fringing at the hem.

It doesn’t ruin the look, but does take away some of the gloss and render the look a bit more casual that I would’ve liked.

Thoughts?

A Messika ring and Aquazzura sandals completed her look.
