2018 Venice Film Festival

The 2018 Venice Film Festival kicks off today, running right through until September 8.

While this festival isn’t on the grand scale of Cannes, we are never short of a BDOTY-worthy moment or two.

Last year belonged to Rebecca Hall who emerged as one of the shining stars of the festival, serving up breath-taking moments in Prada and Armani Prive, so I’m looking forward to seeing who stands out this year.

This year Naomi Watts is one of the jurors, so I’m expecting plenty of magic moment in Miu Miu and Prada from her.

Tonight’s opening film is , ‘First Man.’

The expected cast attendees are Damien Chazelle, Ryan Gosling, Jason Clarke, Claire Foy and Josh Singer.

I’m most excited to see Emma Stone tomorrow on the red carpet for the screening of ‘The Favourite’. No doubt she will be in Louis Vuitton.
