Before Meghan Markle became the Duchess of Sussex, the then bride-to-be arrived with her mother, Doria Ragland, at the Cliveden House Hotel to spend the night before her wedding to Prince Harry on Friday (May 18) in Berkshire, England.

The former actress kept her look simple and chic wearing a tailored dress from Roland Mouret’s Resort 2018 collection.

I’m sure it hasn’t escaped your notice that navy fast became Meghan’s go to option (in Stella McCartney, Amanda Wakeley and Jason Wu) as she got closer to her wedding day.

Do you think that once she becomes an official royal her style will shift?

She already has to give up her career, social media, signing autographs, political opinions (the royal family have to stay neutral), voting, sushi (the royal family can’t risk food poisoning so are not allowed to eat shellfish), dark nail varnish and selfies.
