Issa Rae attended the Fast Company Innovation Festival with Cover Girl’s Ukonwa Ojo, to discuss ‘The Business Of Beauty and Transformation From The Inside Out’ on Monday (October 23) in New York City.

Ukonwa Ojo: The Senior Vice President of Cover Girl was looking radiant in her mustard-hue dress. I absolutely love the structure of the sleeves.

Issa Rae: Eye-popping colours, light-reflecting embellishment and abstract patterns which come together nicely on this midi dress from Diane von Furstenberg’s Fall 2017 collection. I absolutely adore and I love how she semi-coordinated with Ukonwa. You may remember that Kate Bosworth wore this same dress back in March.
