2017 Summer TCA Tour Disney ABC Television Group

The Disney ABC Television Group TCA Summer Tour was held on Sunday (August 6) in Beverly Hills, California with a number of stars in attendance.

Tracee Ellis Ross: We all know how quirky Tracee’s style can be, so I would say her Celine Resort 2018 ensemble was quite tame by her standards. But, here, that translated to lacklustre. But, more than that, the proportions between the gathered tunic top and the long skirt simply weren’t all that flattering.

Chloe East: With a sense of girly romance, this Nicholas spot lace ball dress was a lovely look for the young starlet. While I loved the edgy-sexy sass of her studded, gold-tinged Charlotte Olympia shoes heels, they didn’t exactly fit right in with the sweeter frock.

Lea Michele: Perhaps if she had worn a sleeker bun, this Cushnie et Ochs Resort 2018 floral-accented dress would have taken on a fresher perspective. As presented, it seems a bit oddly dated.

Darby Stanchfield: Bringing more than a dash of sultriness to these wide-leg culottes from the Vika Gazinskaya Fall 2017 collection, Darby focused on feminine allure with her sheer ruffle blouse and Tamara Mellon ‘Jupiter’ sandals coupled with an Emm Kuo metallic clutch. While her auburn hair is beautiful, this look could have likewise used a sleek updo.

Serinda Swan: In theory, I love the crisp-white, pristine power of this Proenza Schouler mesh, cold-shoulder dress, cut through with a black ribbon waist tie and styled with a Wolford body suit for a seamless underpinning. But more than the ubiquitous sheer factor, it was the white mini apron panel in front that really threw me off as it garnered a strange focal point to the dress. Tamara Mellon sandals completed the look.

Bellamy Young: I was immediately drawn to the beautiful colour of this Temperley London doily-lace frock that simply came alive on the red carpet—even if the metallic-gold Gucci sandals didn’t exactly flow with the seafoam-green hue. CSARITE® by Karin Jamieson jewels rounded out the ensemble.

Camilla Luddington: Camilla turned this Vivian Chan Fall 2017 little black dress into a statement-maker with her gold earring baubles and Edie Parker clutch teamed with sassy ankle-strap pumps.

Kyra Sedgwick: There wasn’t anything groundbreaking about this classic red Michael Kors Collection wrap dress, but Kyra wore it so well. And while I like that she brought some attitude with her shoes; I wish she had chosen a more modern pair to lengthen the leg line rather than cut it with the strappy ties.

Viola Davis: Like Kyra, Viola kept it traditionally classic in a forever-chic LBD by Roland Mouret. A vibrant, red lip did add a pop of colour to try and make up for her plain-Jane pumps.
