Fashion 4 Development’s 8th Annual Official First Ladies

Fashion 4 Development's 8th Annual Official First Ladies

Black was the colour of choice at Fashion 4 Development’s 8th Annual Official First Ladies Luncheon on Tuesday (September 25) in New York City.

Ellie Goulding: The singer was effortlessly chic in Edeline Lee Spring 2018. The subtle details provide enough interest to the monochromatic look from the cinched belt to the gentle batwing sleeve to the sheer shoes.

Amber Heard: The actress took a more dramatic turn with her voluminous Tome bow-detailed frock from the Fall 2018 collection. The inky style felt insouciant courtesy of the pockets and her minimalist styling.

Ciara In Edeline Lee – Royal Ascot

Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson attended day 3 of Royal Ascot in England today (June 21), following the V&A Summer Party yesterday evening.

The singer was at her lady-like best wearing a custom white dress by Edeline Lee.

Championed for her precision cut silhouettes, this dress displays an example of mastery at the hands of the designer’s meticulous aesthetic.

Shaped with structured draped shoulders meeting a prim midi length, this is might just be one of Ciara’s finest looks to date.

Styled with black accessories and her purple and white name tag, I’m sure many comparisons will be made to Duchess Meghan who had a similar look in terms of colours at the same event earlier this week, but I have to say this is far superior.

If there was a level I’m consistently hoping Meghan would bring us when it comes to event dressing. This. Is. It.

It would be remiss of me to not credit Mr Wilson for looking just as impeccable in his top hat and tails.

Sally Hawkins In Edeline Lee – ‘Paddington 2’ LA Premiere

Before participating in the Golden Globes black-out, Sally Hawkins wore rich red at the ‘Paddington 2’ LA premiere on Saturday (January 6).

The actress looked sophisticated in an Edeline Lee Fall 2017 dress. The dolman sleeves had a graceful ease that complemented the flared skirt.

The contrasting blue belt buckle was a playful touch, but I was pleased to see that she opted out of wearing one blue shoe, like in the lookbook.

Her red clutch and the oversized sunglasses added some Jackie O flair to the style.
