Front Row @ Elie Saab Fall 2017 Couture

The Elie Saab Fall 2017 Couture show was held on Wednesday (July 5) during Paris Fashion Week. Here, a glance at a few of the looks on the front row.

Nieves Alvarez: You may anticipate glittering embellishment and wispy chiffon with an Elie Saab look, but Nieves turned that notion on its head in this Elie Saab Spring 2017 jumpsuit styled with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a Bvlgari bag and jewels. Naturally, Nieves rocked this star power jumpsuit, and I love how sleekly fitted it was—not to mention its retro yet relevant influence in that flared leg.

Olivia Palermo: While Olivia did introduce some embellishment to her look, she moderated the effect of her bedazzled and feathered coat by contradictorily pairing it with ripped, cropped denim. The fringed, decorative mules tied the look together by echoing the statement jacket.

Clotilde Courau: With a more traditionally pretty Elie Saab look, Clotilde wore one of the designer’s gowns with this sheer number that was whimsically enlivened with luminescent, embroidered hearts throughout.
