Tracee Ellis Ross: Putting the elongating power of vertical lines to her advantage, the actress wore an Ulyana Sergeenko halter gown accessorized with a touch of quirkiness in her gigantic S-curve earrings.
Serayah: Speaking of gigantic earrings, Serayah’s embellished crosses were even larger. They certainly brought her unique personality to this red Dolce & Gabbana lace-accented gown.
Gabourey Sidibe: The dazzling golden yellow and electric blue print of this custom Ofuure gown needed little more than her matching blue clutch to make it sing.
Taraji P. Henson: The ‘Empire’ actress cut a seductively edgy profile in this black leather-accented Alexander Wang slit-to-there gown. In addition to that leg jut, she gilded the look with David Webb jewels and a top knot that commanded attention, too.
Laverne Cox: Oozing glamour in spades, the actress was breathtaking in a Marc Bouwer gown, elevated further with its sculpted, embellished pockets and her sleek ponytail to complete the look.
Issa Rae: Like Gabourey, Issa also worked a compelling blue and yellow colour palette, albeit in more muted form with this Stella Nolasco embroidered dress styled with an Edie Parker clutch and John Hardy jewels.
