Rita Ora attended the 2015 Harper’s Bazaar ICONS Event at The Plaza Hotel on Wednesday (September 16) in New York City.

Nope, Halloween hasn’t come early, Rita opted to wear this Prada multi-patch gown featuring a floral-motif pattern and crystal embroideries.

The only positive I can draw from this is her makeup. The rest is quite comical.

I may have taken this seriously without the velvet collar and sheer portions.
