Kate Winslet In Stella McCartney – ‘A Little Chaos’ London Premiere

Kate Winslet In Stella McCartney - ‘A Little Chaos’ London Premiere

Kate Winslet attended the London premiere of ‘A Little Chaos’ at Odeon Kensington on Monday (April 13) in London, England.

As always, she leaves me breathless.

The British actress married the two things which always work so well for her: a body-con Stella McCartney dress and the colour electric-blue.

The dress, which featured a large bow detail along the body, will definitely have a place in her hall of fame, as it does wonders showcasing that gorgeous figure of hers.

A gorgeous flowing gown would’ve been an expected option, but this style of dress is where she always excels on the red carpet, plus the look feels decidedly more modern than her co-star Helen McCrory.

The look was complete with a simple updo and Christian Louboutin ‘Athena’ sandals.

This is definitely going on the BDOTW list.

A complete no for me. The dress is ugly and weird, not flattering and the styling (shoes?!)…

The cleavage makes the whole dress look unflattering. I wish she’d try a different style for a change.

too tight. she looks like she can’t breathe in this frock. great color though

The tight-fitting dress is pulling in all directions, the low neckline is too wide, the makeup seems to accent her age. Please give us something new.

Very very deja vu, like others said. It was my first thought too. She looks good though….the blue color and the dress style are flattering for her. Im not so sure I like the shoes with this dress, something simpler would of worked better.

I’m not too fond of the bow detail, but the fit of the dress and her styling are amazing.

I like the color of the dress, but I don’t find it BDOTW worthy, I find the length not particularly flattering and I think that it’s too tight. I don’t even like the shoes.

Like others have said this feels repetitive even down to the sandals.

+1. And for me a size too small. She strikes me as being very try-hard these days.

      • TeaAtTwo April 15, 2015 at 13:08 #

Yes, it’s too tight too , pulling and stretching awkwardly all over.

Even though this is very deja-vu you can’t deny she looks great. I love the rich blue hue and the sandals had a dash of sexiness. Her body looks phenomenal but I do wish the dress was just a hair less tight.

Not liking this look apart from the color. We have seen this on her before and its a look she does well. But this dress is too tight and that bow is completely unnecessary. Thumbs down from me!

Oh wow I am not digging this at all. It’s too long and way too tight.

    • meme April 14, 2015 at 15:11 #

I agree. I think the whole look is awful.

  13. Rebecca Z April 14, 2015 at 14:27 #

For some reason this is not speaking to me. Her hair is too severe and I just don’t like the dress.

  14. Kimma April 14, 2015 at 14:07 #

It pains me to disagree as I love Kate, but the puckering earns this a no from me. She needed the next size up. Love the bow detail and the shoes though.

Horrible and she should lay off the Botox ASAP 🙁

  16. Zineb April 14, 2015 at 13:10 #

    BDOTW worthy contender

  17. Alex April 14, 2015 at 12:19 #

    Radiant! Beautiful colour, beautiful woman!

  18. Sanya April 14, 2015 at 12:08 #

I don’t think this look is BDOTW worthy. We have seen her in similar outfits so many times now. I think she should try something else, not only Stella McCartney.

Her brows are distracting me… One is very arched and the other one isn’t arched at all. I don’t think the look is BDOTW worthy, to be honest.

  20. Christine April 14, 2015 at 11:48 #

You know what? I would normally say that Stella design like most of her past work is fug or that is not a good look, but good mercy Kate with that gorgeous curvaceous body is selling the heck out of that dress!

This would normally be a no for me – I mean why that bow??? But I actually like it thanks to Kate.

    She looks GOOD!

  21. Evita April 14, 2015 at 11:48 #

Va va voom. She’s so selling this,it does wonders for her figure but I find the length a bit awkward, especially the it flares out a bit,the bow a bit premature and I wish the accesories were silver

    • Evita April 14, 2015 at 11:49 #

      *the way it flares out

  22. Charlotte April 14, 2015 at 11:47 #

She looks great, as usual, but it looks like we’ve already seen this a lot of times !
Plus, I don’t find the length very flaterring.

    • Slash April 14, 2015 at 14:13 #

Right?! That was my first reaction too, deja-vu all over the place.

    • dee April 14, 2015 at 17:47 #

      I agree.
