Mindy Kaling attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner Weekend Pre-Party hosted by The New Yorker David Remnick at the W Hotel Washington DC on Friday (May 2) in Washington, DC.

The actress wore an Escada watermelon coloured Spring 2014 gown with a draped shoulder and tied waist which has somewhat of a sari likeness to it.

Styled with a black clutch, side swept braid and deep berry lip colour, Mindy proves that once again bright colours, no matter what the shade, work perfectly for her.
