Taylor Swift was in major temptress mode, as she took to the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Sunday night, where she also took home the Moon Man trophy for Best Female Video.
The ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ singer has an awards-show-style M.O. that we’ve nearly memorized, so it was no small surprise to see a slight detour with this vampy vintage-glam vibe.
She was dripping with an air of femme-fatale fierceness, striking a hands-on-hip pose in her plunging Herve Leger black crystallized gown.
The smoldering showdown continued with her retro pin curls, a smokey eye and a crimson-coated pout and nails.
Sparkling statement earrings thankfully took the place of necklace, so as not to compete with that dangerous neckline.
