Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney Host an English Garden Party for Goop

Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney Host an English Garden Party for Goop

Stella McCartney and Gwyneth Paltrow hosted an English garden party for Goop in Amagansett, New York on Friday afternoon.

Both wore pieces from the Stella McCartney Resort 2014 collection.

Stella worked her effortless, cool charm wearing an ivory collarless blazer with denim cut shorts and tan sandals.

Gwyneth posed alongside her gal pal wearing a white sweet shift dress with navy and green heart-shaped embroidery; styled with the same sandals as Stella, but hers were metallic silver.

I love both English garden party looks. Stella’s is very Camden meets Kensington while Gwyneth’s has a Greenwich vibe to it.

The insufferable Goop, again. Hate her hairstyle.

I’ve never quite understood the allure of Stella’s design sense, most of her clothing just looks really cheap and strange to me.

Cute dress. They should have swapped footwear.

Gwyneth is delightful, sweet and summery. As for Stella, I only like the blazer.

Pretty, fresh, delightful, season and occasion perfect. The best acessories are their smiles. Love it.

These aren’t horrible but I cannot understand a grown woman wearing hearts. It’s so juvenile looking.

Really?? I totally disagree! I am 33, but I feel like I’m about half that. I love to dress young and fun, but still appropriate. I totally think this look is balanced by the sophisticated cut of the dress, as well as the toned down color palette, making it perfectly age appropriate, but not staid. Besides, age is just a number! čÖé

I love both looks. Sometimes, we just want relaxed looks and this is it. čÖé
