‘Fast & Furious 6’ World Premiere Menswear Round Up

The male stars of ‘Fast & Furious 6’ also gathered at Empire Leicester Square in London on Tuesday for the film’s world premiere.

Paul Walker: Keeping it simple, but taking a risk with a one-button jacket, Paul sported a Giorgio Armani L.A.-cut navy suit. His wool-silk-blend suit featured a peak-lapel jacket that fit nicely, though his shirt cuffs should be visible when his arms hang down. He paired it with a white cotton shirt and a purple silk tie. This would have made for a great look had his pants been a few inches shorter.

Luke Evans: With my favourite look of the bunch, Luke went all out, wearing a Thom Sweeney black-and-white bespoke three-piece suit. His look, which fit beautifully, was enhanced by numerous details, such as a horseshoe waistcoat, pleated trousers, and an off-colour pocket square. He finished it off with a white shirt and an attention-grabbing burgundy tie.

Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges: In a Giorgio Armani grey-check wool trader suit, Chris had a suave look for the premiere, but it was subdued by poor choices. The suit doesn’t fit terribly, though it could have been a bit slimmer in the leg, but the decision to wear a tie and pocket square that are the same colour as the suit held him back. The brown shoes and brown belt were great, however.

Vin Diesel: This sleek black suit was well cut, giving Vin that V-shape he’s known to have. Simple is always safe and he pulled it off perfectly with slim lapels and a slim black tie. My favourite part of the look was the black boots; they’re very Vin Diesel-esque.

Tyrese Gibson: Tyrese looked great in his midnight-blue suit with black-lined shawl lapels. He did everything right, except he broke the first rule of wearing a tie bar: never wear a tie bar that is wider than your tie. It ruined an outfit with a lot of potential.
