Yao Chen In Miu Miu - 'Firestorm' Hong Kong Premiere

Capping off a busy weekend, Yao Chen attended the ‘Firestorm’ premiere held at Garden Court on Sunday (December 15) in Hong Kong wearing her third look of the weekend.

Hitting all the right style notes, she wore a musical-note black-and-white Miu Miu Resort 2014 sleeveless frock with a scooped neckline which is considerably more playful than her previous looks.

What I love most about this look is her Sergio Rossi gladiator sandals from the Spring 2014 collection: they spell out the name of the movie, plus they add an unexpected twist to her flirty frock.

Michelle Dockery In Miu Miu - ‘Downton Abbey’ Season 4 Cast Photocall

Michelle Dockery joined Laura Carmichael for the ‘Downton Abbey’ Season 4 cast photocall held at the Millennium Hotel in New York City yesterday afternoon.

For her second look of the day the British actress wore a blush-pink Miu Miu frock with a sweet pleated skirt and decorative black floral embroidery, which she complemented with a black Prada satin clutch.

Having worn many frocks from the Prada/Miu Miu family, this along with her Emmys gown has to be one of my favourites.

Blush Prada peep-toes, EF Collection diamond rose studs and a red lip colour completed her look.

Kiernan Shipka In Miu Miu - 'The Hunger Games Catching Fire' LA premiere

Kiernan Shipka fared a lot better in the footwear department while attending ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ premiere held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California on Monday evening.

The young trendsetter, who’s swiftly becoming a style icon despite her tender years, wore a Miu Miu black top and skirt with green embellished details on the collar and pockets, which she styled with tri-colour Jimmy Choo ‘Typhoon’ pumps and a half-up, half-down hairstyle.

What I love about Kiernan is that she’s stylish and event- and age-appropriate whenever she steps out.

Daisy Lowe In Miu Miu - Tunnel Of Love Fundraiser

Daisy Lowe attended the British Heart Foundation’s Tunnel of Love-themed fundraiser in London yesterday evening.

The model wore a fuchsia and red cannette-silk bustier dress from the Miu Miu Fall 2013 collection, which featured a full 1950s-inspired skirt and foldover details at the sweetheart neckline.

She completed the look with a Prada black satin envelope clutch, black peep-toe platforms, a coordinating shade of red lipstick, and a retro updo.

Does Daisy’s look feel perfectly whimsical — or a little campy — to you?

Lupita Nyong’o In Miu Miu - The Today ShowLupita Nyong’o made a guest appearance on the ‘Today’ show on Wednesday.

The beautiful actress talked about her fact-based movie ’12 Years a Slave’, revealing how she got the part and describing the emotional toll the movie took on her.

Opting for bright colours (one of the many reasons why I love her) and fall florals, the actress wore a Miu Miu red-and-blue frock with a chic cropped navy Prada jacket.

The best thing about this look, which you can briefly see on the video below, is that she wore red pumps with her frock – which is a joy to many of us who were starting to grow weary of her love for black pumps.

As always, the makeup was absolutely flawless with turquoise stone earrings rounding out the look.

I can’t wait for awards season; between Cate Blanchett and Lupita I will spend a lot of time typing from the after-life.

The co-stars of ‘Blue Is The Warmest Colour’, which won the Cannes Film Festival Palme d’Or, Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos, clearly have such great chemistry (as we witnessed during Cannes Film Festival) that I’m not surprised that Miu Miu has snapped up the pair for their Resort 2014 ad campaign.

While this is a first campaign for 19-year-old newcomer Adèle, Léa has starred in campaigns for Prada (Candy and Resort 2012), Levi and Rag & Bone.

Against a soft-pink background Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin capture their candid chemistry as they are casually reclined across each other on the floor wearing Miu Miu garb that is striking in colour, rich in embellishment and emboldened with prints.

This is a very successful campaign as I am buying everything they are selling, especially the accessories – metaphorically speaking.
