Netflix’s Black Rabbit premiere at the SVA Theater in New York this week, where Jude Law and his daughter Iris Law shared the red carpet.

Are we ready for leather-on-leather right now? Iris Law clearly thinks so, and I have to admit—she sold me on it. Dressed in a Miu Miu Fall 2025 look, the deep chocolate brown leather top with its sculpted fit and keyhole detail reminded me why brown is the reigning trend shade this season. Paired with the mustard leather skirt, the contrast adds a punch of vibrancy without losing the autumnal feel. And those wine-red Miu Miu pumps? They complete the palette perfectly—brown, yellow, burgundy—like the leaves of the season but translated into fashion form.

Suited & Signature

Her dad, Jude Law, proved he’s still in step with the current season, wearing an on-trend ivory Celine shawl-collar suit styled effortlessly with taupe loafers and his signature scarf from Luca Faloni. This is so very him.

A Violet Statement

Then came Cleopatra Coleman, delivering one of the more daring looks in McQueen Fall 2025. The violet hue was striking, and I loved the book-pleated collar, but I couldn’t get past the sheer finish. My issue wasn’t with the dress itself, but the unnecessary visibility of the belly button.

This was a very varied red carpet from autumnal textures, summer tailoring, and gothic leanings all sharing one carpet.
