Ruth Wilson In Christian Dior – 2017 Olivier Awards

Ruth Wilson was yet again in Dior for the 2017 Olivier Awards held at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday (April 9) in London.

Her pink tulle Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2017 dress with lace effect embroidery is beautiful, but I really miss the days when Ruth was a bit more fearless and unpredictable.

This feels safe by her standards, despite the burgundy Olgana Paris ‘L’Amazone Jewels’ sandals and ear cuff.

Charlize Theron In Christian Dior – ‘The Fate Of The Furious’ New York Premiere

Charlize Theron was also at ‘The Fate Of The Furious’ New York premiere on Saturday (April 8), joining Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Michelle Rodriguez.

We’ve seen the actress lately swing from sharp, minimalist looks to a sweeter romantic showing during her ‘Fast & Furious 8’ tour, but here she brought in a newly extravagant form of style-forward edginess.

Nearly militaristic in style—albeit under hyper-glam, gladiator terms—the Christian Dior Fall 2017 sheer, embellished dress was a strong statement especially when paired with over-the-knee boots and rows of necklaces.

I have little doubt this look may be quite divisive, but Charlize rocked it to the max, wielding her classic sense of elegance with all that edge.

‘The Sense Of An Ending’ Gala Screening

It was an all British affair for the gala screening of ‘The Sense of an Ending’ at Picturehouse Central on Thursday (April 6) in London.

Stacy Martin: I love the carefree spirit of Stacy’s modish Prada Spring 2017 look which features the new update on the infamous pout print. The look was of course styled with chunky Prada sandals.

Billy Howle: Sleek and contemporary, this Gucci Resort 2017 black-azure Monaco suit is cut in a slim fit to embody the brand’s streamlined aesthetic. Thankfully Billy’s trousers reached his ankles, unlike the model in the look book.

Freya Mavor: I have stated several times that I am very much fatigue by sheer gowns, but on the odd occasion – like on Sienna Miller – I can find myself warming to the odd one or two. On this occasion I found myself mildly horrified by Freya’s decision to wear white boy shorts with her Christian Dior Pre-Fall 2017 black sheer dress. Surely black would’ve been a better option. Further proof that this trend needs to die. ASAP.

Charlize Theron In Christian Dior – ‘Fast & Furious 8’ Paris Premiere

Charlize Theron continued her ‘Fast & Furious 8’ promo tour at the premiere in Paris on Wednesday (April 5).

After a brief break from the colour black, she was back at it with this Christian Dior suit that boasted the now-familiar Dior band at the waist.

The look would have likely been just as strong without the long-strand, diamond Chopard necklace, but she was likely assuring that there was plenty of glam to meet the tougher-chic mood.

Christian Louboutin ‘Andaloulou’ cage ankle booties only upped the edge even more and were duly fitting for the action film.

Some have been underwhelmed by Charlize’s looks thus far on the tour, so how does her latest appearance fare with you?

Charlize Theron In Christian Dior Couture – ‘Fast & Furious 8’ Berlin Premiere

The next stop on the ‘Fast & Furious 8’ promo tour was Germany, where Charlize Theron took to the red carpet at the Sony Centre this evening (April 4) for the Berlin premiere.

The actress was exuding evening elegance wearing ivory Dior Couture bustier dress, which put my theory of this tour being an all-black affair to rest.

I love how simple yet breathtakingly beautiful piece is, however, I didn’t find myself feeling less enthusiastic by her shoe choice.

Most haven’t been too excited by Charlize so far during this promo tour. Does this Dior look change things?

Sai Bennett In Christian Dior – 2017 Portrait Gala

Sai Bennett attended the 2017 Portrait Gala in London on Tuesday (March 28).

Donning a look from the Christian Dior Spring 2017 collection, she successfully translated the punk-meets-pretty aesthetic off the runway—balancing the rebellious frill of the sheer embroidered tulle skirt with the femininely tailored precision of the winter-white blazer.

I’m actually surprised how much I like this look on Sai, as it could have so easily gone wrong.

I credit this in large part to her styling, which included a sophisticated Dior bag, green tassel earrings, and a rich crimson lip, all heightening the chic elegance.
