Juana Acosta In Chanel, Elie Saab & Isabel Basaldúa – 2014 San Sebastian Film Festival

Juana Acosta In Chanel, Elie Saab & Isabel Basaldúa - 2014 San Sebastian Film Festival

Juana Acosta serves on the jury for the 62nd San Sebastian Film Festival which kick-started on Friday (September 19) in San Sebastian, Spain.

This is great news for us, as we get to see more of the Colombian beauty’s style.

Aladina Foundation Press Conference: First up was a chic Chanel Spring 2014 dress with frayed edges outlining the look. This look was made more adorable and ladylike with the pops of pink via her Elie Saab shoes and clutch, plus her white-framed Bimba & Lola sunglasses.

‘Time To Smile’ charity campaign: By nightfall Juana had changed into an Elie Saab Spring 2014 raspberry gown with a sultry lace bodice. The colour couldn’t have been more perfect for her, enhanced with a matching lip. Opting for yet another Elie Saab clutch, this time gold with silver detailing, the look was complete with stunning Carolina Herrera jewels and wavy tresses à la Veronica Lake. This look has BDOTW contention written all over it. She brings so much glamour to this event.

‘La Isla Minima’ premiere: On Saturday (September 20) the juror returned to the red carpet, ensuring all eyes were on her wearing a bright yellow Isabel Basaldúa strapless fitted dress. My admiration doesn’t just fall on the dress; the accessories make this look. Yellow and navy has always been my favourite colour combo; however, her styling of green satin Aquazzura sandals and beaded clutch is perfection personified.

I’m stuck between looks 2 and 3 for my favourite. Are you also on the fence or do you have a clear winner?

Ginnifer Goodwin In Marni – ‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 4 Premiere

Ginnifer Goodwin In Marni - 'Once Upon A Time' Season 4 Premiere

Ginnifer Goodwin attended her first event since giving birth to her son Oliver back in May when she attended ABC’s ‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 4 premiere held at the El Capitan Theatre on Sunday (September 21) in Hollywood, California.

The actress was pretty in pink wearing a Marni Fall 2014 top and black floral jacquard skirt from the Pre-Fall 2014 collection, which she accessorized with a black satin Marni belt, black Rauwolf clutch and white Louboutin pumps.

I like how the look celebrates her post-baby figure rather than hides it.

Reese Witherspoon In Christian Dior – ‘The Good Lie’ Nashville Premiere

Reese Witherspoon In Christian Dior - 'The Good Lie' Nashville Premiere

Reese Witherspoon was back on the red carpet for ‘The Good Lie’ premiere held at The Belcourt Theatre on Friday (September 19) in Nashville, Tennessee following the Washington premiere two days prior.

Opting to wear Dior once again, the actress selected a mini dress artfully adorned with floral motifs and embedded with a timeless feminine spirit.

Keeping the styling to a minimum, she added Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals and diamond jewels to her look, enhancing said feminine spirit with wavy locks and glossy lips.

Elle Fanning In Oscar de la Renta – ‘The Boxtrolls’ LA Premiere

Elle Fanning In Oscar de la Renta - 'The Boxtrolls' LA Premiere

Elle Fanning attended the premiere for ‘The Boxtrolls’ held at Universal CityWalk on Sunday (September 21) in Universal City, California.

The actress gave us new hair and a new look, sporting a darker brunette hue in place of her golden blonde and a more tailored look from Oscar de la Renta in place of her favoured princess dresses.

For me this is a case of too much change. While I love the new hair colour, which made me not even recognise the actress at first, I’m less enthused with the outfit.

I am not a fan of the style, the trousers are too long plus all round its feels too sombre for an animated feature.

Love the new direction, or are you nitpicking the look like I am?

Dan Stevens In Thom Sweeney – ‘The Guest’ & ‘A Walk Among The Tombstones’ New York Premieres

Dan Stevens In Thom Sweeney - 'The Guest' & 'A Walk Among The Tombstones' New York Premieres

If you thought Dan Stevens was going to disappear into obscurity following his departure from ‘Downton Abbey’, you couldn’t have been more wrong as the actor is so in demand he is currently promoting two of his latest projects.

‘The Guest’ New York Premiere: On Tuesday (September 16) he wore a Thom Sweeney grey windowpane-check double-breasted suit. What I love about double-breasted suits is that they are made for men, not boys. From its chest-accentuating, waist-slimming silhouette to its association with Wall Street power brokers and gangsters, double-breasted tailoring is uncompromisingly masculine. Opting to go sans tie, with tan Christian Louboutin ‘Trepeter’ flats and a white checked pocket square rounding out his look, he solidifies his best-dressed status.

‘A Walk Among The Tombstones’ New York Premiere: Back on the red carpet for the second night in a row last night (September 17), the actor opted for a moody shade of midnight-blue, donning a three-piece Thom Sweeney suit, once again opting to go sans tie. Perhaps the look would’ve felt like something was missing had it not been for the contrasting button detailing on the shirt.

Both looks are impeccably tailored, fit to perfection and showcase that he’s capable of working several styles.

I have to go with the second look; I’m totally entranced by the colour, the sheen and the way it brings out his baby blues.

Which look do you favour?
