Alessandra Ambrosio In Carolina Herrera – ‘Daddy’s Home 2’ LA Premiere

Alessandra Ambrosio struck a pose at the ‘Daddy’s Home 2’ LA premiere on Sunday (November 5).

The Brazilian beauty wore a Carolina Herrera Resort 2018 gown. The mix of black and white details presented an understated feminine charm.

I can see the appliqués being a divisive point, especially as there are so few black ones and the white ones get lost against the base fabric.

More successful was the red lipstick which brought some colour to the black and white look while nodding to the festive nature of the film.

Samara Weaving In Prabal Gurung – ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ LA Premiere

Aussie star Samara Weaving was in attendance at the ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’ LA premiere on Friday (November 3).

This Prabal Gurung Resort 2018 look sees the slip dress take on a more glamorous meaning with the metallic pieces spliced throughout.

However, her beachy waves ensured that there was still a relaxed effortlessness to the look.

End Of The Week Red Carpet Roundup

There were so many looks this week, that we’re going to cram them into this final post.

Josephine De La Baume: Attending the ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ world premiere, the French actress opted to infuse her red carpet style with high-voltage seduction courtesy of this Self-Portrait devore mini dress from the Fall 2017 collection. I’m not usually a big fan of platform shoes, but I find myself buying what she’s selling as these Miu Miu Mary Janes add a playful vibe.

Martha Hunt: I love the fashion forward feel of this Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh black cropped blazer and sequin dress from the Fall 2017 collection with simple black pumps. Worn to the World of Children Awards, this was a truly intriguing look I have to say.

Ajak Deng: This saffron yellow Roksanda ‘Tamiko’ jumpsuit from the Fall 2017 collection gave me so much joy at the ‘Murder on the Orient Express’ world premiere. I love the relaxed nature of it all with the chunky heels adding a utilitarian flavour.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Here is the final menswear roundup of the week.

Johnny Depp: Joining a stellar cast of gorgeous actresses for the ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ world premiere, the actor cleaned up his act; bringing his A-game to the red carpet. While look had a typically laid-back approach with the undone bow-tie, I was delighted to see Johnny has finally stopped dressing like Jack Sparrow.

John Boyega: The actor was looking very dapper as always collecting this Vanguard Award during the SCAD Savannah Film Festival wearing Burberry. I don’t think I’ve seen a finer suit this week. From the cut, fit and trouser length, everything is on point here.

Leslie Odom Jr.: Going slightly less formal sans tie in Prada for the ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ world premiere, the actor still presented a very smart impression. Double breasted blazers aren’t the easiest to pull off, however, the look fits Leslie’s stocky frame perfectly. I love how the dual-colour Jimmy Choo ‘Penn’ shoes added a touch of flare.

Penelope Cruz In Temperley London – ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ World Premiere

Penelope Cruz made a sparkling entrance at the ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ London world premiere on Thursday (November 2), joining Lucy Boynton, Michelle Pfeiffer and Daisy Ridley.

With a look that oozed with dramatic, smoldering elegance, she donned a Temperley London Resort 2018 gown that glimmered with its crystallized accents.

I love how her Atelier Swarovski jewels from the Fine Jewelry Collection complemented the dress’s embellishment in just the right amount.

Jimmy Choo ‘Pearl’ sandals and long waves were all she needed to finish the eternally glamorous outing.

Lucy Boynton In Erdem – ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ World Premiere

Lucy Boynton was also at the ‘Murder On The Orient Express’ London world premiere on Thursday (November 2), where Michelle Pfeiffer and Daisy Ridley were also in attendance.

Even though this embellished Erdem pouf dress hailed from the Spring 2018 collection, it had a darker floral allure that made it an ideal outing for the fall.

I really like the spike of the grass-green ribbon here, as it provided such an intriguing, regal splash to the brocade dress.

Whereas a streamlined heel would have provided a more traditionally chic finish, I even surprised myself by not entirely discrediting the chunky platform shoes. The contrasting printed footwear provided a directional, quirky twist on the look.
