Marion Cotillard In Valentino – 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Marion Cotillard In Valentino - 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Having just stepped off a plane from Paris where she attended the 2015 César Film Awards the night before, Marion Cotillard narrowly missed the red carpet event for the 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards, hosted at Santa Monica Beach in Santa Monica, California on Saturday (February 21).

Appearing not to suffering from jet-lag, the French actress looked beautiful wearing a galactic inspired look from Valentino’s Pre-Fall 2015 collection which was punchy and full of vitality which was perfect for this awards ceremony.

I love the airiness of the boho-style maxi skirt, however, the sweater for a beach event seemed a bit much but I loved the look from head-to-toe regardless.

The majority of you didn’t like her Dior Couture shuttlecock dress, so how does this one fare?

Ugly outfit in a stunning woman!

Love this! Wasn’t sure about the sweater at first but now I think it works to be so cool and quirky and Marion pulls that off so well.

    Love this

    Revolting frumpy jumper.

I love the playfulness of the skirt, and the sweater too. Just maybe not together…I wish she would of worn the skirt with a different lighter top.

Love this skirt so much although I really wanted to be an astronaut growing up so I’m probably bias.

After the Carolina Herrera, but before the Bottega Veneta my favourite look of hers so far this year–the only three that I like or feel neutral towards. Everything else has been appalling.

At least she takes risks, and for me, it pays off. Can’t wait for tonight!

Marion always takes risk… That’s why most of the people don’t like what weir..

While I like this more than Dior, it looks like she wore a fancy sweatshirt to an award show, which I just can’t get behind.

This is definitely more like it.

Sophie Hunter wore #95 last night, I really hope we’ll see official pics! I want to know what you think, FC 🙂

Marion looks fantastic here. It’s a look which made me stop and take notice.

She looks good. I love the hair.

The sweater is throwing me off. Since this is a beachy type of event.

But this look is still way better than her Dior disaster.

I was hoping we’ll see Emma Stone in this, but I love Marion here. There are three or four other galactic looks in that collection so my fingers are still crossed for Emma 🙂

Way better than most of her Dior looks !
    She looks good.

  17. Yeliz February 22, 2015 at 11:56 #

Better than her previous look but still not good.

  18. Markel February 22, 2015 at 11:52 #

I like this one, more than the Dior. She looks relaxed but also chic, perfect for the event!

  19. GirlOne February 22, 2015 at 11:51 #

OMG, I love it! It’s not the kinda thing I’d usually like, but I think the print is so cool! I would’ve loved to see a gown of that print.

Just as bad as the Dior.
