Before asking the all-important question, “Who are you wearing?”, Giuliana Rancic showed us who she was wearing on the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live this evening for the 2012 Emmy Awards.
The new mum was radiant wearing a Romona Keveza black mermaid gown.
Her silk crepe gown with an architectural neckline and a sexy side slit was styled with a gold box clutch, stunning jewels and a Kate Beckinsale-esque high ponytail.

She does look great, but I agree with Andrea, too skinny. The gown itself is stunning though.

I think that this is the perfect look for her because while I loved her Oscar gown this is maybe more appropriate and low key as she is a presenter.
This is very boring. I would’ve loved to see a pop of color somewhere. She is pretty and looks great, but this look is a yawn. Plus, she looks so gaunt.

People. The woman had cancer. Perhaps she’s skinny because she’s in remission and she’s not back to full health yet. She still has the appearance of a frail, somewhat ill person. For me personally, looking at cancer survivors, you can usually tell by their jaw and their eyes. With Giuliana I can tell immediately.
She looked like that before the cancer though. Her weight and diet have been discussed for a long while now.
