Making her highly anticipated comeback after undergoing surgery on her vocal chords, Adele hit the red carpet at the 2012 Grammy Awards in LA this evening.
Up for the night’s biggest awards, Adele proved her true diva status in a Giorgio Armani gown.
She looks stunning in the three-quarter-length-sleeved dress covered in black sequins and cinched in at the waist by a black grosgrain panel on the front.
Showcasing a lighter hairdo, she completed the look with bright red lippie and dazzling diamond-encrusted De Beers earrings.
What a great way to make your comeback. This is the best she has ever looked.
Adele will also be performing this evening.

Exactly what I would have expected from Adele. It isn’t earth-shattering and it certainly isn’t reveolutionary but she looks and confident and comfortable. Nice, but predictable.

This may sound odd, but she looks iconic. She doesnt need all the frills to make her look glamerous, she just does. She is working the hell out of that gown and she looks beautiful. I love her shorter hair.

She is beautiful, and the dress is a really good choice for her, but I think darker hair color suited her much better.
I agree she looks better with her auburn hair, though the blonde looks nice, I liked the contrast between the darker hair and her porcelain skin.

Great look, but for a 50 years old woman. This look ages her so much, I know this is her style, but Evan Rachel Wood also likes Old Hollywood’s style but she looks her age. The make up is beautiful, but with that hairstyle… She looks like the sister of Meryl Streep.
Totally agreed, she looks 20 years older… I’m not sure that it’s the hairstyle or the make-up, but it ages her so much. Though the dress does look perfect on her, it really flatters her figure.

Does she ever wear anything colorful? Apparently not. Her makeup is great, but I can’t help feeling that she looks about 35 years older than her actual age. I don’t think the lighter hair color either…she’s getting the Lindsay Lohan treatment. Her hair used to be pretty dark, and got lighter and lighter until it became fried-blond. Don’t go down that road, Adele.
