Prior to the Season 8 premiere of Outlander, Caitríona Balfe made a guest appearance on Live with Kelly & Mark on Monday.

The Irish actress, who has a penchant for the colour red, stepped back into the spotlight in an Alberta Ferretti Fall 2026 chiffon dress fresh from the Milan Fashion Week runway just a month ago.

I am not sure if the dress appeared darker under the runway’s dimmed lighting, or if her version is simply a bolder hue, but on the streets of Manhattan the rich red felt electric and impossible to ignore. The cascading tiered ruffles bring volume and momentum, giving the look real impact with every step.

The black boots cut through the romance of the chiffon and add a welcome edge. I like the contrast.
