Cynthia Erivo Wore Diesel & Ferrari To The Las Vegas F1 Grand Prix

Fresh off the global launch of Wicked: For Good, you’d expect Cynthia Erivo to be curled up somewhere recovering from a whirlwind press run. Instead, she was front and centre at the Atlassian Williams Racing garage ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, delivering not one but two very different leather stories in the space of a single evening.

Distressed Done Right

Her first look came courtesy of Diesel: a distressed three-piece ensemble made up of a jacket, vest and trousers. Each piece had that “found in a vintage archive” feel thanks to the hand-washed, treated leather that gave it character.

It felt lived-in, authentic, and very Cynthia—almost like she’d stepped straight out of a post-apocalyptic fashion film, in the best possible way.

Race-Night Switch-Up

For the start of the night race, she switched into a Ferrari Spring 2026 leather look. The styling, however, is where I tripped up. The pop of red on the turned-up hem didn’t gel with the overall palette, even if the intention was to nod to Ferrari red and, British Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton. The idea was there, but the first look worked better for me.

Cynthia didn’t step out once during her Wicked press tour without a pair of Louboutins, and that allegiance continued into race weekend with custom Dolly Booty Alta ankle boots completing both outfits.

Two looks, two completely different moods—Cynthia Erivo refuses to phone it in, even trackside.

Stylist: Jason Bolden.
