Heidi Klum Promotes Project Runway Season 21 In Belania Daley, Dalood & Rami Kadi
Heidi Klum has been making the rounds in New York to promote Season 21 of Project Runway. And, considering she’s fronting a show about… well… fashion, you’d expect some real head-turners. But Heidi will always do Heidi, which often means leaving me completely baffled and utterly confused.

Good Morning America
Her first stop was a denim number that looked like it had been plucked straight from a Project Runway workroom—because it was. Created by Season 21 contestant Belania Daley, the dress came complete with polka-dot panels, sheer sleeves, and bright yellow collar, cuffs, and hemline. On the right person—someone with a love for retro flair, pin curls, and red lipstick—it could be charming. On Heidi, however, it veered into unintentional comedy. Models are often praised for being able to “wear anything,” but this is the exception.

Times Square
Later, for the unveiling of the Project Runway billboard in Times Square, Heidi switched gears into a crisp all-white Dalood skirt suit. On paper (and in the look book), this had winner written all over it—sharp tailoring, clean lines, and a sleek silhouette. The problem? The chest cut-out left her looking like she was one deep breath away from a wardrobe malfunction. Instead of exuding power and poise, it read as uncomfortable and unnecessarily distracting.

One outfit was an outright miss, the other so close to a hit it hurts.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Heidi wrapped up her New York promo marathon stepping onto The Tonight Show stage in a Rami Kadi Couture sequin corseted dress adorned with blooming 3D floral appliqués. It was sparkly, sculpted, and unapologetically extra—peak Heidi. If the earlier outfits felt like experiments, this one was a homecoming. You could easily imagine her wearing this on a red carpet, tossing her hair and owning every flash of the camera. Out of the day’s trio, this was the most Heidi-coded look by far.
