Lindsay Lohan Wore Jacquemus To The ‘Freakier Friday’ New York Screening

After a full day of press duties, Lindsay Lohan stepped out for the Freakier Friday New York screening in a custom Jacquemus look that brought a little tutu nostalgia to Manhattan.

Her stylist, Andrew Mukamal, shared the inspiration: an image of Carrie Bradshaw’s iconic white tutu from the Sex and the City opening credits. It’s a fitting reference as Mukamal continues to craft Lindsay’s press tour wardrobe with a blend of charm, pop culture savvy, and cult-classic callbacks.

Clean and architectural on top, Lindsay’s look leaned into Jacquemus’ minimalist codes before exploding into a frothy tulle hem that added just the right dose of whimsy. The silhouette felt sweetly theatrical and perfectly on-theme, with a visual nod to the Y2K era that shaped the original Freaky Friday.

But did the dress work with her colouring?

With her fair skin and warm, peachy undertones, the soft ivory-white hue works. Rather than washing her out, it brought a gentle glow—especially when paired with apricot makeup tones and her flowing honey-blonde waves. This wasn’t a harsh white; it was the kind of white that radiates with her, not against her. Do you agree?

She finished the look with a playful punch of leopard via the Jimmy Choo Archive ‘1998 Leo’ sandals, a clever nod, as pointed out by @prpl, again to Carrie Bradshaw, who is wearing the exact same pair in the Sex and the City opening credits.

Stylist: Andrew Mukamal.
