Priyanka Chopra Wore Burberry To The ‘Heads Of State’ London Screening

Following the Heads of State photocall, Priyanka Chopra made her way to the special screening held at BFI Southbank in London this evening.

And while she looked striking in her Burberry Fall 2025 fringe dress, I have just one question: did her team checked the weather app before heading to London?

London’s summer has been nothing short of spectacular, with today’s high reaching a toasty 92 degrees. Even by evening, temperatures were still clinging to the high 70s. So seeing Priyanka wrapped in layers of thick fringe, styled for autumn in July, had me sweating in sympathy.

I get the old-school logic. Back in the early days of this site—pre-Instagram, pre-TikTok—it made some sense for celebrities to wear Fall in July, since the photos wouldn’t hit print until the new season. But it’s 2025, and this look was online before the screening even ended. The calendar trickery no longer works.

All that said, the dress itself is lovely. The deep red tones play beautifully against her skin, and the design is rich in texture and drama. But save it for October, when the leaves fall and a heavy fringe moment feels timely—not when the rest of us are debating between SPF 30 and 50.
