Nico Parker & Mason Thames ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ Tribeca Festival Premiere
The How to Train Your Dragon press tour continues to soar, with co-stars Nico Parker and Mason Thames once again stepping into the fashion spotlight at the Tribeca Festival premiere. Both brought undeniable red carpet charisma, channeling the kind of sartorial synergy that instantly called to mind another ultra-stylish duo: Dune’s Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet.

Nico Parker continued her elegant streak in a satin ribboned bustier dress from Schiaparelli’s Fall 2025 collection. While I’ve made a conscious effort not to draw comparisons to her mother, Thandiwe Newton—because Nico is clearly carving out her own path, both in Hollywood and in fashion—it’s hard to ignore the ‘like mother, like daughter’ parallel when it comes to consistency and impeccable taste. The sculptural silhouette spoke volumes, and though her statement earrings weren’t the grandiose style we usually see from Schiaparelli, they complemented the look flawlessly. A pair of black Louboutin pumps sealed the ensemble with understated finesse.

Mason Thames matched that energy in a custom Dolce & Gabbana herringbone double-breasted jacket embroidered with crystals—his second dazzling look of the week. He smartly kept the focus on the jacket with a Marcello tank and wide-leg trousers, also from D&G.
Styled by Wendi Ferreira and Nicole DeJulio.
Together, they’re delivering grown-up glamour with youthful ease. It feels like the future of fashion press tours is in very good hands.
