2025 Cannes Film Festival Photocalls: Menswear Edition
Here is a spotlight for the notable gents look from the Cannes Film Festival photocalls.

Eddington
Austin Butler, who’s never not camera-ready, ditching the jacket, he embraced a breezier kind of tailoring in The Row. It was relaxed but refined, proving that sometimes less structure equals more charm. He’s got that effortless ease nailed.

Out In Cannes
A$AP Rocky toned things down—in the best way possible. His custom Fall 2025 Calvin Klein Collection suit in tonal brown was his best look of the festival. With clean lines, sleek Calvin Klein boots, and his own Ray-Bans, it was the definition of cool without trying too hard. When A$AP goes quiet, we listen louder.

The Phoenician Scheme
Now, Benedict Cumberbatch. While some might think the Prada-wearing Brit was setting new fashion rules with his printed sling and wristwatch reveal, the reality is a little less conceptual—he’s nursing an injury. Still, it’s a lesson in how to turn necessity, and an accessory, into a talking point.

Riz Ahmed gave us a fashion curveball in Prada. His tailored trousers with elasticated hems and a light blue mesh top felt sporty, and modern. Unexpected, but the kind of risk that works when the confidence matches the cut.

Sound Of Falling
Filip Schnack wore Dior Men’s Summer 2025 so well, he almost made me forgive those black leather loafers. The beige suit, and the off-white cashmere tank top worked in perfect neutral harmony. There’s a softness and simplicity here that’s quietly confident.

The Secret Agent
Gabriel Leone had his French Riviera moment in Louis Vuitton. The raffia collarless jacket with pearl buttons felt retro-luxury, while the flared trousers and two-tone loafers nodded to a certain 1970s film director meets Italian vacation vibe.

Die My Love
And then there’s Robert Pattinson. As Dior Homme’s fragrance ambassador, expectations are always high. He started strong in a brown leather jacket, light blue overshirt, yellow tee, and beige trousers—all Dior by Kim Jones. It was elegant, grown-up, and rich in tone… until your eyes landed on the navy and white Converse. They slightly undid the mood, but if anyone can pull off a left-field twist, it’s Rob.

Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning
Tom Cruise was looking handsome in his Orlebar Brown burgundy look.
