Celebrities in BOSS at the 2025 Met Gala

With tailoring expertise at the core of its identity, BOSS was perfectly poised for the 2025 Met Gala’s Tailored for You theme—it was expected to be a walk in Central Park for the brand, and it absolutely delivered with precise silhouettes, bold fabric choices, pattern play and unexpected accents.

Pattern play and leading man charisma in one suave package

Keith Powers was easily one of the best-dressed men of the night, he looked impossibly dashing in a BOSS suit that celebrated the art of the silhouette. Oxford bags-style pleated trousers gave us that exaggerated width we needed, beautifully contrasted by a cropped jacket that cut a sharp figure. But it was the pattern play that stole my heart. While others played it safe, Keith went full fashion and gave us a prints we could get excited about.

A cultural king makes his Met Gala mark

S.COUPS of the K-Pop group, SEVENTEEN proved why he’s BOSS’s newest global ambassador, wearing a look that paid homage to Korean heritage with effortless style. His deconstructed robe-like coat with a shawl collar and folded details brought the jeogori to life through a modern lens. The hybrid hanbok-meets-double-breasted jacket layered underneath, along with straight-leg, multi-pleated trousers, gave us cultural precision and contemporary tailoring. This look wasn’t just about fashion—it was a meaningful nod to tradition, executed with elegance and intention. One of the most thoughtful and on-theme menswear moments of the night. And yes, it appears he matched his hair to look.

Pinstripes, power and pure glamour

Ashley Graham said “corporate couture” and made it fashion. Her bespoke BOSS gown took the bones of a 90s power pinstripe suit and sculpted them into a statuesque silhouette that would make any boardroom quiver. The strong shoulders gave her that commanding presence, while the corseted waist carved out an hourglass fantasy. It was modern business wear, filtered through the Met Gala lens. Nikos Koulis, Fernando Jorge and Engelbert 1920 jewels completed her look.

A TikTok time traveller in tailoring

Khoby Lorne turned his Met Gala look into a moment with a grey pinstripe three-piece suit that was anything but ordinary. Inspired by BOSS archives and peppered with personality, the suit’s waistcoat was adorned with dozens of antique pocket watches, giving us tailoring through time—plus a sly nod to his fast-growing digital fame. Topped with a blush double-breasted trench draped just-so over his shoulders and a fedora to finish, this was Gatsby, gone viral. Playful, dandyish and totally unforgettable.

From mystery man to sparkling animé heartthrob

Alton Mason had not one, but two Met Gala moments—and both were major. First, the drama: a floor-length black sculptural coat that exuded mystery.

Then, the reveal: a glittering, shirtless fantasy inspired by futuristic animé and a touch of 80s pop icon Michael Jackson. The cropped jacket with a heart-shaped chest cutout, the strong boxy shoulders, the low-rise trousers with a subtle V-shaped waist—it all worked. Add in those high-heeled, crystal-embellished boots and the black wool ranger hat, and Alton reminded us that tailoring doesn’t have to be stuffy—it can shimmer, sparkle too.

BOSS didn’t just understand the theme—they embraced it with nuance, personality, and more than a little sparkle.

This was one of my favourite roundups. Tens across the board.
