Miu Miu @ 2024 Met Gala

Miu Miu dressed four celebrities for the 2024 Met Gala on Monday.

With Billie Eilish skipping the Met Gala this year, Sydney Sweeney saw this as a perfect opportunity to cosplay the singer by donning a black wig.

I love how the temporary colour gives her whole look a totally different energy, because I’m pretty certain I would have been saying that her custom Miu Miu light-blue tulle gown with all-over floral crystal embroidery was very prom-like, but hair and leather gloves, I’m not getting that feeling on this occasion.

The look was styled with Miu Miu nude satin platforms, a De Beers Assana diamond necklace and De Beers classic round brilliant diamond Sleeper earrings.

I know some of you never really got on board with Cailee Spaeny’s ‘Priscilla’ press tour, but I love how Miu Miu always delivers for her.

In this case the custom ivory crepe satin dress with all-over metal, crystal and pearl floral embellishments presented a perfect silhouette which made the petite actress appear statuesque.

Bulgari jewels, including a High Jewelry diamond necklace, completed her look.

Baz Luhrmann and his wife, costume designer Catherine Martin, both opted for Miu Miu green with the dazzling floral embroidery adhering to the theme.
