Fendi @ 2023 Academy Museum Gala
Kim Jones and Silvia Venturini dressed four celebrities in Fendi for the 3rd Annual Academy Museum Gala held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles Sunday (December 3).
Kendall Jenner is regarded as the “quiet one” of the Kar-Jenner family, but she is known to make bold statements on the red carpet.
On this occasion it was only in terms of colour, as her Fendi Fall 2023 Couture red knit maxi gown – accented with a bodice bandage corset – created a fluid profile with the high neck and long sleeves adding an elegant ambience to its relaxed demeanour.
I love this for Kendall.
In case you were wondering, this isn’t a re-run.
Just when you thought the humble tuxedo couldn’t be elevated any further, Fendi Mens decides to up the ante with a sprinkling of embellishments.
Besides its captivating adornments, British actor Nicholas Galitzine brought plenty of attitude to the look.
I was having a mild case of déjà vu, as I believed Christina Ricci had worn this Fendi Fall 2023 Couture brown sleeveless sheer gown with abstract sequin appliqués before, but looking back, it’s just the silhouette that is very familiar.
I don’t blame Christina for going back to this silhouette, because it makes the petite star look 6ft tall.
Grey sequin Fendi baguette bag completed her look.
Jay Ellis never fails to make an impression, even if his Fendi Mens suit has less embellishments than Nicholas’.
Nicholas got the rock n’ roll version, while Jay got the James Bond version.
My top two are Kendall Jenner and Jay Ellis.
