Dior’s Carousel Of Dreams At Saks

Celebrities gathered for the Saks Fifth Avenue unveiling of their 2023 holiday windows on Monday (November 20) in New York City. 

Considering this was an event that was mostly situated outside, you are going to get some winter inspiration from these following looks.

Starting with Jennifer Lawrence who despite wearing a Dior Spring 2024 look was dressed for the season.

I like how the heaviness of the black wool coat is elevated with the turned-up sleeves of the white cotton shirt.

Jennifer’s move towards the quiet luxury look, has been a very successful avenue for her.

Case-in-point.

I’m sure Rachel Zegler was given a coat for the unveiling, but for the Dior’s Carousel Of Dreams step-and-repeat she wore a Dior Spring 2024 black tulle embroidered dress, which some might say wasn’t event appropriate.

Personally, I’m just glad that she didn’t opt for a dress in the nude, cream, and neutral family.

I do actually like this dress for Rachel, mostly because it’s totally different to the princess gowns she gave us during ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes’ promo tour.

Dior shoes, jewels and a black Lady D-Joy bag completed her look.

Even though the style of Maya Hawke’s Dior Fall 2023 leopard print dress isn’t the same as Rosamund Pike’s, the outcome is.

The look was styled with a Dior bag which amped up the vintage vibe, and ankle strap shoes.

Ashley Park showcased her uptown girl style wearing this Dior Fall 2023 dress.

The look channelled “Lady Park” thanks to the veiled headband, colourful Dior bag, pearl accented shoes which added plenty of flair, without going into “you’re doing too much” territory.

Nina Dobrev wasn’t about to be left out in the cold opting for this Dior Fall 2023 silk taffeta dress and coat styled with a Dior clutch, shoes, and jewelry.  

If there was a winter white memo, Leyna Bloom was the only one who received it.

The actress looked so elegant wearing a Dior white silk dress and wool coat, styled with a white Miss Dior bag.

I feel like I shouldn’t like the black Dior shoes with this look, but perhaps because they are sheer I don’t mind the contrast at all.

Tracee Ellis Ross glided into the event wearing a Dior Resort 2024 black silk shirt and skirt styled with a black matte Lady D-Joy bag, Dior boots and jewelry.
