Kerry Washington Wore Elie Saab Promoting ‘Thicker Than Water’

The renowned Lisner Auditorium in Washington, DC hosted Kerry Washington in conversation with Tony Goldwyn on Wednesday (September 27), where the actress promoted her new memoir ‘Thicker Than Water.’

Kerry’s outfit wasn’t the only thing that was red hot yesterday evening.

You’ll understand why all I can think about is binge watching ‘Scandal.’  Again.

The actors have THE best onscreen chemistry.  I couldn’t even think of any other duo who would come close.

I love how they continue to support each other.

Kerry added yet another colourful look to her promo tour, this time wearing a red Elie Saab sheer lace blouse and wide leg, scuba trousers basking in abundant appliqué florals from the Pre-Fall 2023 collection.

Elie Saab always brings couture-level precision to his ready-to-wear pieces, but I’m most enamoured by the romantic nature of the florals and the perfect length of those trousers.

A red lip amplified the look further, and a pair of gold Jennifer Fisher earrings completed her reunion look.

We need a ‘Scandal 2.’
