Penelope Cruz Wore Giambattista Valli Haute Couture To The Lancôme x Louvre Photocall

As a Lancôme ambassador since 2013, Penelope Cruz attended the Lancôme x Louvre photocall as part of Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday (September 26).

We all know the Spanish actress is an ambassador for Chanel, yet we’ve had two Giambattista Valli looks in a row now.

As much as I’m a fan of all things Giambattista Valli, and jumpsuits, I wasn’t on board with this lace number from the designers Fall 2023 Haute Couture collection.

Ultimately, the heavy lining kills the look, making the body appear dated, which wasn’t the case on the runway.

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything positive I have to say about this, as the look feels overcooked, too big, too frumpy, and missing all the usual finesse I expect from a Giambattista Valli red carpet outing.

I’m honestly baffled by it all, so I’m going to assume that it looked better without the flash photography.
