Jennifer Lawrence Wore Tom Ford To The LONGINES MINI DOLCEVITA Collection Unveiling

Back in July, you may remember that Jennifer Lawrence was spotted on set in New York filming an ad for Swiss watchmaker Longines, as the face of their Mini Dolcevita watch collection.

The ad was released last week, with the tag line, Stepping into elegance with Jennifer Lawrence, showcasing the new MINI DOLCEVITA.

To celebrate the campaign, Jennifer attended the Longines special event in New York City on Friday (September 22)

Longines CEO Matthias Breschan took the stage and said, “The Mini DolceVita is a powerful expression of quiet luxury and contemporary elegance. These stunning jewel watches are not only built on a rich heritage, they are also contemporary models for dynamic, spirited women, such as our guests of honour tonight.”

And Jennifer lived up to that billing wearing a contemporary and elegant Tom Ford cut-out gown.

This Tom Ford dress is one for her Hall of Fame, even if my preference would’ve been for the length to have been a bit shorter.

I love the deconstructed twist on the classic black gown with the leather-trimmed circular cut-out at the waist, the slinky silhouette, and the thigh-high side split.

You can tell this dress was carefully considered as the cut-out is featured on the same side as her arm which is showcasing the Longines timepiece.

This is sultry elegance at its finest.

And I must add that Gregory Russell did an amazing job with her hair.

I’m blown away by it all.

I pray for days like these.
